We divide co-investment opportunities into two rounds.

Round A starts before the purchase of the land plot and allows the partner to have a full understanding of the project implementation plans, as well as to have full control over the project itself. The term of such financing is up to 3 years.

Round B starts when the land is already owned and at least planning permission has been obtained. The term of such financing is 1.5-2 years.

The maximum amount of financing we can provide per project is €15,000,000.
We can finance up to 80% of the total project cost.
To apply for funding you need to upload the project documentation and project presentation and fill in the application form on our website.
It takes up to 4 weeks to review an application for funding. After that you will receive recommendations and information about the status of your application.
Our legal, financial, tax and construction experts thoroughly analyze every aspect of the project. We evaluate land suitability, engineering systems, legal clarity and market conditions.
Once the application is approved, the deposit is paid, the process of obtaining the necessary documents and buying the land starts. This is followed by obtaining construction permits and starting the project.
We provide guidance and support at every stage of project realization, including legal due diligence, assistance in marketing campaigns and other necessary consultations.
Financing terms are negotiated at the deal stage and are usually not changed. However, there may be exceptions depending on the circumstances and upon agreement of the parties.
Working with us, you get financing up to 80% of the project cost, support from a team of experts at all stages of project implementation, as well as access to a wide range of potential investors and partners.
