Summer Capital continues to advance the development of its Verno residential complex in Limassol. According to the latest construction progress report, the project is progressing at a strong pace and is currently ahead of the approved construction schedule.

During the latest reporting period, several major structural milestones were completed, including the roof slab of the fourth floor of Block A, the roof slab of the third floor of Block B, and brickwork up to the third floor of Block A and the second floor of Block B. According to the independent project manager, PMI, a number of construction activities were completed ahead of their scheduled dates, reflecting the project’s efficient execution.

At the same time, procurement activities continue to move forward. Suppliers for tiles, flooring materials, and sanitary ware have already been selected, while tenders for mechanical and electrical systems, lifts, aluminium works, and photovoltaic panels are approaching completion. This proactive approach helps ensure a seamless transition into the next phases of construction while reducing execution risks.

Verno is a contemporary residential development comprising two buildings with 40 thoughtfully designed apartments. The project combines functional layouts, modern architecture, and high-quality finishes, creating an attractive living environment for both homeowners and long-term investors.

Construction completion remains scheduled for Q3 2027, and Summer Capital will continue providing regular updates on the project’s progress and key development milestones.
