Summer Capital continues the development of Gateway Residences in Mesa Geitonia, Limassol. During July, construction advanced across several key areas of the project, including both the residential Block A and the office Block B.
In Block A, which forms the residential component of the development, ground-floor brickwork has been completed, while reinforcement works for the first-floor roof slab are progressing. During July, concreting of the first-floor columns was also completed, allowing the contractor to move forward with the next structural phase.
In Block B, designated for office use, concreting of the basement roof slab has been completed. By the end of the month, reinforcement of the slab had also been fully completed, preparing the building for the next stage of above-ground construction.
At the same time, the project is moving further into the procurement and engineering phase. Contractors for electrical and mechanical installations have already been appointed, while packages covering lifts, photovoltaic systems, and swimming pool mechanical installations have been finalised and are awaiting formal award.
The latest progress report also notes that the project remains behind its original construction schedule, by approximately one month for residential Block A and around three months for office Block B. Summer Capital, together with the contractor and project management team, continues to closely monitor execution and key construction milestones.
Gateway remains an important part of Summer Capital’s Cyprus investment portfolio. The company will continue to provide regular updates to investors and partners as the project moves through the next stages of development.
